The reverse floor plan has a large open living room with flat screen TV, dining, kitchen space, two bedrooms, one bath and a barbecue on the top deck, upstairs. Downstairs features a family room with a large flat screen, wet bar and three bedrooms, one-and-one-half baths, laundry room with washer and dryer. It is both clean and comfortably furnished. The location is very central to all activities. Sierra at Tahoe and Heavenly Valley Ski areas are both 15-20 minutes away and Kirkwood & Homewood are 30 min away, great beaches, bike trails & horseback riding are a 15 minutes drive. Shopping, restaurants, and golfing 5 minutes. Nightlife is 15 minutes away. Our home is located on one-fourth acre and has vacant lots on either side. It has a wonderful mountain feel with lovely mountain views in a wonderful neighborhood . A perfect place for people to enjoy each other and the natural beauty around them.
