ABOUT THE HOUSE

Dark wood floors are found throughout the open living space in this welcoming single-floor house.

Head to the living room where two leather couches sit before a large fireplace. Snuggle up and watch a movie on a 42' TV with Chromecast.

The spacious well-equipped kitchen features modern appliances (including a GE gas range) and cabinets stocked with all the essential cookware. In the mornings, fire up the coffee maker or use the blender to make smoothies.

When you're ready to eat, a glass dining table beside the kitchen seats four.

The house sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a queen bed with a memory foam mattress. A second bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms share access to a bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a washer/dryer unit.

This centrally located house puts you close to a wealth of local attractions including popular El Dorado Beach (5-minute drive).

If you're bringing bikes, hop on the cycling trail by the house and pedal your way to Camp Richardson. You can also rent bikes from Tahoe Beach Cruiser -- 2 minutes away by car.

Grab backpacks and explore the great outdoors along High Meadows Trail - a 10-minute drive away.

Walk 5 minutes and explore the eclectic dining scene along Lake Tahoe Boulevard. Samurai Sushi, Cold Water Brewery, and Blue Dog Pizza are all great local spots worth seeking out.

THE FINE PRINT

Strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for any parties or weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 4 people and 4 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning that even an afternoon BBQ with too many people would be subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise at any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 - in addition to any fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities. Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking is permitted.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
