The Aggie Retreat is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom single family home nestled in the Rosewood Subdivision adjacent to Traditions Golf Course.

It's conveniently located only a 9 min drive (less than 5 miles) to both the Texas A&M University campus and downtown Bryan.

The master bedroom has a private patio, king bed, and private en-suite. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity, tub/shower combo, tile surround, and is naturally lit by a skylight. The second bathroom contains a tub/shower combo with tile surround as well. The second bedroom contains two full size beds and the third bedroom contains a queen bed. The living room has a gas log fireplace and ample seating.

The kitchen is well stocked (crock pot, blender, waffle maker) and has a stainless gas range, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water dispenser. The coffee maker is plumbed from the refrigerator for filtered water for better tasting coffee. There is a small office with a skylight adjacent to the dining room. High Speed WiFi is available free of charge for use with Smart TV's in the primary bedroom and living room.

The patio is within the private, fenced yard and property backs up to the community wilderness sanctuary. The entrance to the neighborhood walking trail along the beautiful Turkey Creek is less than a block away. Board games, cards, and puzzles are available for your use. The home also has a two car garage with a stackable washer dryer unit.

Santa's Wonderland is an awesome local attraction November through December.
