3/2/2 nestled in established Rosewood Subdivision adjacent to Traditions Golf Course. The master bedroom has a private patio, king bed, and private en suite. The en suite contains a double vanity, tub/shower, tile surround, and skylight. The 2nd bathroom has a tub/shower combo with tile surround. The second bedroom contains two full size beds and the third bedroom contains a queen size bed. The living room has a gas log fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a stainless gas range, dishwasher, microwave, and new refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water dispenser. The coffee maker is plumbed to a filtered line for great tasting coffee. There is a small office with skylight adjacent to the dining room. High speed WiFi is available free of charge along with a generous selection of cable channels. Flat screen Smart TVs are hanging in master bedroom and living room. The third bedroom has a flat screen TV also with full cable. The patio is within the private, fenced yard and backs up to a community wilderness sanctuary. A stainless Tru-infrared Charbroil gas grill is available for guest use on the patio. The entrance to the neighborhood walking trail along beautiful Turkey Creek is less than a block away. Santa’s Wonderland is an awesome local attraction beginning in Nov- Jan each year.
