Cold Creek Trail to High Meadows is a 7.9 out-and-back with a challenging 1,469ft of elevation gain. For an easier trek, Upper Truckee Rive loop is a serene 3-mile loop perfect for snowshoeing with dog’s welcome on leash. Numerous beaches can be found within a 10-minute drive, with plenty of restaurants on the way.
Pets: 1-2 dogs are allowed w/ pre-approval; an additional fee is required. No other animals are allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).
