Within walking distance of the North Upper Truckee River with great trout fishing and bordered by meadows. Just a 15-minute drive to some of South Lake Tahoe's best beaches (Pope, Camp Richardson, Baldwin, etc) and just over 4 miles to the Y shopping center with numerous restaurants, bars and shopping. Only 7 miles from Stateline where the casinos, fine dining and nightlife draw most of Lake Tahoe's visitors. In the winter months, ski/snowboard at either Heavenly Mountain Resort or Sierra at Tahoe, as the house sits 15-20 minutes from either resort. A perfect location for being close enough to all the attractions, yet far enough to maintain the secluded feel of a mountain home. Recently remodeled, featuring a combination for hardwood and tile flooring, granite countertops, and pine features throughout the house, which provide a very homey, cabin-like feel. Two decks, paving stone backyard and a hot tub make relaxing outside a joy, regardless of the everchanging Lake Tahoe weather.
