Once entering the home, you will be greeted with high ceilings and an open floor plan. Relax in the cozy living room with cathedral windows and a wood burning fireplace. The house has a full dining area that seats up to nine people. The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware and drink-ware, utensils, pots and pans, cooking utensils, state of the art Thermador appliances, fully stocked coffee station with Nespresso coffee maker, coffee pods, sugar and creamer, electric water kettle, cocktail bar set, microwave, pantry, and kitchen island with sitting stools.
On the main floor are three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, with an intimate sitting area by the bay window. Through the master bedroom is the master bathroom that includes double sinks and a walk in closet. The master bathroom also includes a separated space for the toilet and shower with a rainfall shower head. The spacious second and third bedrooms each have a queen size bed, and full length mirrored closets. The second full bathroom also includes a rainfall shower head for the perfect relaxing shower, plenty of cabinet space and a built in LED light mirror. All bathrooms include essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, extra toilet paper, flushable wet wipes, dental floss, cotton swabs, disposable face towelettes, makeup remover cleansing towelettes and stain removing wipes.
Downstairs you will find a children's play area with mats, games, toys and children's table and chairs for the little ones. The extremely spacious downstairs bedroom comes with a high ceiling, two queen bunk beds with a twin single bed on top and a spacious closet. Downstairs is also the adult game room for all the fun activities like pool, ping pong, darts, board games, TV with a soundbar and a wet bar for drinks and cocktails. A full laundry room is also available downstairs with a washer and dryer, detergent, fabric softener, iron, steamer and a sink.
On the back deck is a full sitting area with a fire pit table and a gas BBQ.

Parking Details: The garage can accommodate 2 cars. Driveway can also accommodate 2 cars. Please note these are the only designated parking spaces. Street parking is prohibited.
The nearest public lake is Lake Gregory in nearby Crestline, which is about a 10 minute drive from the house. Lake Gregory has an abundance of activities, such as kayaking, boating, fishing and more.
Since the house is located in the forest, even if sweeping right before your arrival, it’s very likely new leaves will be all around the property.
Due to weather changes, like windy conditions, rain, etc. it’s possible there might be intermittent power and internet outages to prevent forest fires. Please note this is out of our hands and the company will restore power and internet once safe to do so.
Please note there is absolutely no smoking in the house. This includes but is not limited to cigarettes, cigars, vapes, etc. There will be a $500 fine for this violation.
We love our furry friends but please note ONLY ONE PET is allowed and MUST be NO MORE THAN 40 POUNDS. There is an additional pet fee of $150.
This is a peaceful area and we do not want to disturb our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. to 7:00a.m. This means no parties.

Tire chains and/or 4 wheel drive may be required to drive in the mountains depending on weather and road conditions. We strongly recommend you always keep chains with you when driving in the mountains during winter as weather conditions can change rapidly. The road leading to our house is steep and may be icy so please be prepared with chains and/or 4 wheel drive!
The weather on the mountain changes all the time. Although we do our best to shovel the driveway from snow, we cannot control active snow and have salt and shovels for guests.
