Home Sweet Home: A Note From The Homeowner- Location, location, location! We’d vacationed on 30A for years but had never explored WaterSound. After discovering the incredible location at a price we couldn’t believe, we bought the house without even seeing it in person. When we finally did, we were thrilled to find a spacious, well-maintained home just six houses from the beach—perfect for family and friends. Barefoot at the Beach blends timeless elegance with comfort. We wanted a home we could truly live in, not one that felt like a museum, and this house strikes that perfect balance. WaterSound is a hidden gem—gated, serene, and not crowded like other communities. The private beach, with plenty of space even in peak season, ensures no stress over finding a spot. The home’s layout is ideal for large families, with multiple living spaces, plus five bedrooms. We recently renovated the master bath with a steam shower and soaking tub, perfect after a day in the sun. We can’t wait to call this place home full-time.
