Positive: There is so much room inside and out. Plenty of space to congregate, eat meals, and a comfortable bed for everyone! Outdoors, the yard is well kept and spacious. The dock is also spacious and set up for great fishing. We caught catfish and blue gill off the dock with worms.

Negative: We had everything we needed and the owner was accommodating and responsive.

Summary: Big home and property for your large gathering! Kid and family friendly.
