Mail and Delivery Disclosure

As part of our policy, we do not provide mailbox keys to guests. Please be aware that if you order items small enough to fit in the mailbox, they may be delivered there, and you will not be able to retrieve them. Please note that Reno area is a ski destination and skiing comes with snow and road closures, we wait the entire year for the snow and skiers so that we can balance our income and run our rental arbitrage business, visitors needs to be prepared for harsh weather conditions and they should always check the weather forecast and plan ahead, be prepared start your travel early in the morning if you can to make sure you will get to Reno before the Sun Set when the weather starts being harsh, be prepared to have AWD/4WD vehicles with tire chains and longer travel times (sometimes over 8 hours) or rerouting to get here sometime from a longer route.
So please be prepared because we can’t provide refunds for cancellations due to storms and road closures.
