Freshly painted throughout, the home blends historic character with modern updates. The kitchen features custom countertops, updated tiling, stainless steel appliances, and refinished hardwood floors. The first-floor bedroom also showcases refinished hardwood flooring, while the second floor offers new hardwood floors with luxury vinyl flooring in the bonus room and half bath.
The home comfortably accommodates up to six guests with three queen beds—one on the first floor and two on the second floor. A chair that converts into a single bed is also available. There is one full bathroom with a tub and shower, one partial bathroom with a corner shower (no toilet), and one traditional half bath.
