Upstairs you will find the third bedroom along w/ a loft space utilized as an office room. The finished basement includes an entertainment room with a bar, a roomy full bath w/ custom shower & a laundry. This home sits on a nice-sized lot & has a fully fenced-in backyard with a patio, providing an excellent space for outdoor entertaining. Convenient to downtown Clawson & Royal Oak.
