The entrance to this grand and classic 1860's brick Colonial home is incredible; featuring a double entrance driveway which leads past towering trees and pristine landscaping to a brick walkway. Maneuver your way through walkways and perfectly manicured shrubbery, sip tea on the covered porch, or have lunch on the patio.
You will find an open floor concept, hardwood floors, and fine antique finishes mixed with modern amenities. The Guesthouse has a double front entry, full kitchen, living room, dining room and full bath on the first floor; the upper floor contains 3 bedrooms and a spacious full bath with clawfoot tub and shower.
There is another house on the property that may be rented also. You will have your own private parking, garden space, fire pit and grill. Other spaces around the 5.2 acres may be shared with other guests.
This one-of-a-kind property is in an excellent location, close to the Susquehanna River, making boating, fishing and kayaking easy--especially with a pavilion, playground and boat ramp within a 1/4 mile from the property. There is also a bike trail along the river.

this house is built in 1860's. It has original floors and windows. Please treat the property with respect so it can be enjoyed by future guests.
All bedrooms are the 2nd floor. The steps are curved and steep as seen in most older homes .
Note: Please don't open the windows except in emergencies! They are original to the house and can't be replaced. There is central air/heat in the house for your comfort.
No parties (defined as any gathering of people that exceeds the number of registered guests). Written permission is needs from the owners for any additional visitors.
