The space
This property is a lake front home. It has 2 levels. The property is 933 sq ft. The main level which features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen access to patio. The lower level, has it's own entry & features the 3rd bedroom with its own bathroom with access to backyard and patio. It has a great sandy bottom for swimming. This home features a steam shower that is a spa like experience. A shaded awning or the patio and our door fire table to sit by in the evening.

Guest have access to cottage and pier. Guest are allow to dock their boat or rent a pontoon or boat.
Other things to note
There is parking enough for 4 vehicles. It is in walking distance to the popular "4 Corners." which has restaurants, boutique and bait shop. The bait shop offers pontoon rentals, fishing license & bait. They also have lake accessories. Cleaning fee is $250. If guest would like additional cleaning during there stay the fee would be $250 per cleaning.
