Kapeltuin is an attractive house with a wonderful historic atmosphere. The front is located on one of Hoorn's few remaining canals, where you can moor a boat and sail directly into the IJsselmeer. The rear is located on the beautiful Weeshuistuin.
The charming house is spread over three floors. On the first floor is the main entrance and a playful living room with a view of an early 15th century monastery complex with garden and St. Mary's chapel. A beautiful garden table with comfortable chairs on the terrace invites you to linger. The living room also has a wood-burning stove and a piano. Adjacent to the living room is the Italian kitchen with utility room and a separate toilet.
