The1860's Farmhouse was fully updated in 2014. The property hosts rolling hills with barns, two ponds (one for swimming, one for fishing), a stream, woods and meadows, with decks, a gazebo and a summer kitchen with outdoor fireplace. The gazebo between the two ponds has an endless cool breeze, making it an ideal location for a summer BBQ with a grassy lawn for field games on one side and the swimming pond entrance on the other. The large pond is stocked with bass, blue gills, catfish, and yellow perch. The main barn's courtyard is perfectly flat and ideal for lawn games like croquet. There is a picturesque swing under the large maple tree that would fulfill most children's dreams. Don't forget to take an evening soak in the the hot tub with the most amazing view of the stars.
