Summary: This place is perfect. It's affordable and met all my needs. Dylan was responsive in a timely way to every message. We created an issue by locking ourselves out and Dylan had us back in, in minutes. I went for this listing because I'm disabled. It's on the ground. So no stairs, it may be small, so everything I needed was close. This listing was accurate as it could be. But you should put the fridge in the listing. Dylan never had made a claim in the listing that this room was good for the disabled. So I knew what I was doing, and hoping for the best. So that being said, it's really a pleasant yard, I even saw the rabbits from the listing. But the grass is a mobility killer for me, and the tub and the small bar chairs were an issue for both of us. So there is nothing wrong with this place. But some older slower guests may have trouble. I did love it.d
