RIGHT OVER THE WATER... built in 2005, exquisite condition, with beautiful outside patio. Views out over Frenchman's Bay, living room with two sliders and 1 picture window all on the water side. Dinning room and kitchen with breakfast bar, Corian counter tops, hardwood floors throughout. 1 bedroom and full bath on the first floor, second floor 2 bedrooms and bath, sliders from the master bedroom, both rooms have picture windows, master has fireplace. 32" TV in master bedroom, and 48" TV in the living room. Kayaker's dream...easy walk .... One hundred feet to the water.....because you don't want to climb down the cliff...walk across the lawn to the private access road and launch your kayak....walk the beach or ask the resident lobster man to drop off fresh lobsters on his way home this afternoon....Great home......... Great location...........P.S. the wifi is up and running!
