(next to Jamaica Beach and only 12 miles from Galveston) Escape to our beautiful home that offers stunning views of both the beach and bay from a wrap-around deck. This idyllic getaway is perfect for families looking to create unforgettable memories together.
Occupancy Policy
For a comfortable stay and in accordance with our house rules, the home accommodates up to 8 adults (18+) maximum - up to 10 total guests when including children
We aim to keep the home affordable for smaller groups. Therefore, there is an additional charge of $25 per night for each guest beyond 8 (regardless of age). Please ensure your guest count is accurate when booking.
Exceeding the property maximum will result in eviction without a refund. Maximum combined guests and visitors during the day is 12 including children.
Pet Policy
Fully house-trained adult dogs are allowed to a max of two and max 50lbs each - NO exceptions - $95 non-refundable pet fee per dog per stay. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after (doggie bags provided) and are in a kennel if left alone inside the home. Only dogs are allowed - no other types of pets.
An additional fee of $100 per pet in addition to the standard pet fee will be charged and/or eviction without a refund for undisclosed pets.
Service Dogs - Texas House Bill 4164 penalties for falsely representing an animal as a service animal is a misdemeanor punishable by up to a $1000 fine and 30 hours of community service.
