You can choose to enjoy the summer breezes on the home's wrap around porch, get some sun on the back patio deck or camp out by the koi pond in one of the adirondaks. There is also a private upstairs balcony - accessed from one of the (full) bedrooms. Original hardwood floors, and crown molding flow throughout the home. The kitchen has plenty of space for you to prepare a magnificent meal or to just enjoy takeout from a restaurant nearby. There is one bedroom w/2 double beds and one full bath downstairs that will accommodate 4 guests max. The 1st floor of the house boasts 12-ft ceilings trimmed with the most gorgeous crown molding in the entry way downstairs. Four bedrooms and two shared bathrooms upstairs will accommodate 10 guests (max). The master bathroom has been totally remodeled with a tiled walk-in shower with tub. The original windows allow plenty of sunlight into the home to brighten you day, if desired. Ceiling fans are mounted in each bedroom and also on the porch. Take a stroll (or jog) through the neighborhood to a nearby park for more outdoors relaxation. Restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and downtown Pensacola are 5 - 10 minutes away. The beach is about 15 minutes away.
