Sun-drenched, family-friendly home that is nice, clean and close to everything with many community amenities! This 3 bed 2 bath home is a small yet sophisticated chalet with plenty of yard space for fun and family time. Offers a well-stocked kitchen, vaulted ceilings, firepit, fireplace, big backyard, games, & dog friendly w/fee (Max 1; no cats!) Room AC Only! Linens not included and available to rent. Near the the outdoor pool and only 5 min drive to the lake! Our all-purpose community center is the focal point of our amenities. There is a Ring Door bell with a camera.
