The main floor features a flowing open floor plan with plenty of natural woodwork and rock finishes, creating a modern-rustic charm. The cozy kitchen opens up into the dining room and the living room, which features a queen sized sofa sleeper, a gas fireplace to enjoy when the weather cools, as well as a 50” smart TV for movie night or game day. There is a shared bathroom as well as a 1.5 car garage to use for your vehicle, toys or sports equipment.
Upstairs, you will find the nautical themed master bedroom that features a king size bed, a patio door that opens up to a private balcony with woodland views, a smart TV, as well as the master bathroom with a walk-in shower.
