Attached to the main house at Woodfield Hills Inn is the fully furnished, handicapped accessible Grandma’s Suite (although there is one step and a ramp to get into the suite.
Grandma made quilts (won blue ribbons at the Indiana State Fair for her sewing) and she loved to cook and bake. Her love of country and all things primitive are still reflected in Grandma's Suite's decorating.
Complete with two bedrooms, a complete kitchen, a full bath, a half bath, and a loft that sleeps an additional 5, Grandma’s Suite can comfortably provide rest and relaxation for a whole family, Grandma’s Suite is a handicapped accessible suite with wider entry /passage doors and a handicap accessible full bath (shower is walk-in, though not wheelchair accessible).
Grandma’s Suite features a small sitting balcony/walk, access to the large back deck via sliding doors off the dining room, a king bed in the Master Bedroom, a queen bed in the Sewing Room, and a double bed and 4 single beds in the loft – dormitory-style. A fully working kitchen supplied with any and all cooking utensils you might need during your stay is also provided. A large side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, gas stove, microwave, and a dishwasher that are all built into the hickory cabinets to round out the kitchen.
The dining room has a table that seats 4 easily, 6 if you are friendly and 8 if you really like each other. Folding chairs are available in the main house if you need them.
A flatscreen with a DVD/VHS (yes VHS) deck as well as internet access to Amazon and Hulu provide entertainment in the living room while lounging on a hide-a-bed couch and two easy chairs. Bathroom amenities include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair drier.
Only well-behaved children over 8 are allowed.
Please note that we are in a very rural location. We are surrounded by woods and corn fields.

The nightly fee for Grandma's Suite is based on accommodating 4 people. That means the same 4 people each night. Each extra person beyond the original 4 people will be charged $17 per person per night.
You are more than welcome to cook your own meals in the suite’s complete kitchen. Coffee and tea are always available via the Keurig in the suite.
