It is an easy walk to anywhere in Leland: town, shops, restaurants, grocery store, and Fishtown. Day trips include hiking to Pyramid Point and its spectacular views, canoe and rafting trips, fishing trips on Lake Michigan, and winery tours around Leelanau county.
Home sits on almost two acres and features large living room with fireplace, dining room, 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom, 2 bedrooms each with private bathroom, 2 outside patios, and additional half bath. Master bedroom is upstairs and has its own balcony to enjoy beautiful views over the lake. Newer couches and bedroom linens are from Pottery Barn.
Enjoy your own dock plus two kayaks and a stand up paddleboard. Just relax and enjoy the peace and quiet but still be walkable to town and all Leland has to offer!
