Unique contemporary home situated on secluded Billings Pond, in NH Lake Sunapee Region. This light-filled family home features a dining room with a cathedral ceiling, open floor plan and stunning views of the pond from every room.
My father designed and built this home in the 90's and lived here full-time for over two decades. I have been making a home here ever since he passed in 2021, and share the space with other artists in the summer as an experimental artist residency.
The space
Private home with open floor plan throughout the first-floor kitchen, dining room and living room. Two private bedrooms upstairs. A screen porch gazebo with a hammock is perfect for mid-day naps. Canoe with life vests, swim floats and other outdoor gear is available to use. Wood is provided for the waterfront firepit and wood stove.
