Positive: Available parking

Negative: Very old and not well maintained. Sleep sofa was very stained. Shower curtains were stained. Walls could get some fresh paint. Outside area had tree branches and leaves that were a slip and fall hazard. Trash cans outside were overflowing and trash was on the ground.
