Immerse yourself in nature at Casa Nera, a beautiful and stylish sun-drenched home minutes from Bethel Woods, the home of the original Woodstock festival in 1969. Explore, hike, ski, unwind and enjoy everything the Catskills have to offer from this magical spot.
Cozy up by the open fireplace at sunset, wander the property’s 5 acres to the gurgling brook, cook delicious meals in the gourmet kitchen and sleep deeply in the comfortable beds with organic bedding. Relax, renew & reconnect.
The space
You enter a mudroom with a dramatic floor to ceiling three-way mirror, sliding door opens into the light flooded living room with 7 large windows, large fireplace and huge twin Restoration Hardware couches.
There is a game table to enjoy the many board games provided, a ladder leading to the sleeping/medtation loft where there are two twin mattresses for overflow guests.
A beautiful full bathroom with a yellow concrete sink and tiled shower stall services the living room.
A hallway leads from the mudroom into the large eat in kitchen with induction cooktop, oak counters, large Samsung refrigerator with beverage center and ice machine. Dining table seats 8-10people.
Continuing on there are two bedrooms, a green bedroom with a queen sized bed and desk area and a king sized bedroom sharing a bathroom with an oversized clawfoot tub and shower.
The master bedroom is on the first floor with an ensuite bathroom with an enormous 72inch freestanding soaking tub. There is plenty of space in the bedroom to lounge, do yoga, or work from home. Next to the master is a small room with a bunkbed, perfect for young kids, there are children’s books and toys to keep them entertained while you sleep in.
There is a covered porch with hammock and an extendable dining table which can seat 8-10 and three cozy Adirondack chairs.
The fire pit is a smoke free solo stove which can be moved around to be used on the deck, out in the field or on the covered porch.
In the garage you can find a ping pong table, a kids tipi and a few toys, yoga mats and block.

Bedroom 2 (2nd floor ): Twin bunkbed, blinds, bookshelf with children’s books and toys.
