Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The rooms and beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were 2.5 bathrooms, which made getting ready so much easier in the morning, especially for the whole family. The door had a keyless entry, so I didn't have to share one key with my family. It was also nice to have off-street parking since parking in the city can be such a hassle!

Negative: It took a while for the local guest contact to respond when I asked about the check-in details and entry code. I sent him a lengthy message via text, email (which the Evolve team provided), and the website customer service. The next day (during my flight to Baltimore), I received a response from the guest contact with a text containing just the 4 numbers for the keypad, ignored my other questions, and did not provide additional check-in details. I wished the guest contact would (1) apologize for his delayed response, (2) respond to customer inquiries rather than ignoring them, particularly when the Evolve team's email instructions do not address them, and (3) be a little friendlier and check in on the customer(s) during their stay.

Summary: Comfortable space for a family but local guest contact needs to improve communication.
