We want all our guests to have an enjoyable stay at our home, and at the same time, we must also be considerate of our neighbors and maintain the quality of our property. Therefore, we kindly request that you review and adhere to the following house rules during your stay:
- Check-In: After 4pm
- Check-Out: Before 10am
- No smoking or vaping in the house
- You may smoke outback but MUST dispose of your butts
- No illegal activity anywhere on the property
- Park at least 15 feet from the fire hydrant
- When parking, do not block any driveways or sidewalks
- Parking for 4 vehicles. No Motorhomes or boats allowed on the street
- No unregistered guests
- Quiet hours Sunday - Thursday - 10 pm
- Quiet hours Friday and Saturday - 11 pm
- No Loud music or remote speakers After 6 PM
- Keep the sound level to a conversational level
- No eating or drinking in the bedrooms
- Please clean your own dishes, otherwise, a $15 cleaning fee will be added to your booking
- Please rearrange furniture if moved
- Pets: - Please just clean up after pets
- Please keep them off the furniture and beds
- If any of these House Rules are broken we as the host have the right to ask you to leave the premises immediately and/or charge you a fine for breaking the rules. We take this VERY seriously.
