Welcome to The Sleepy Fox! Your home away from home. We created the sleepy fox for everyone who wants a home where they can come to relax and enjoy the fun things there are to do in Plano and all around the Dallas Metroplex. Our cozy home is fully remodeled and it’s located in a beautiful neighborhood with mature trees and located at a central point in Plano Tx. We hope you come enjoy our space we've made funky and meticulously created for our guest, we would love to have you.
The Space:
The guest bedrooms that have the twin beds can easily be turned into a full size beds with the extra mattresses we have in the home. We also have a roll out twin memory foam bed that can be easily rolled into any room you'd like. All beds have high quality bedding and we have extra pillows for those who are pillow huggers. There is free parking in the front of the house, also has a two car garage where you can park your vehicle or you can also park in the back garage driveway, lots of options.
Guest Access:
No part of the home is off limits .
The Neighborhood:
Mature quiet neighborhood with lot of beautiful trees. Its a family oriented and very safe neighborhood.
Getting Around:
We are located at a central area in town. Most major highways are located near the unit and there is easy access to all surrounding cities.
Other Things to Note:
Note- For all VRBO reservations there will be a deposit charged that will de refunded at the end of your stay if the property is left in the same conditions as it was before your stay. Deposit will be due at the moment of making reservation - refunded of deposit can take up to 7-14 business days.
We want our guests to fully enjoy their stay but please respect that this is our family’s home and we ask that you treat it with care.
- We have a zero tolerance for smoking or vaping indoors. A $400 cleaning fee will be assessed for rooms returned with evidence of smoking. All rooms were installed with Fresh Air Smoking Detection System, The technology to monitor and detect tobacco smoke and marijuana smoke immediately. The technology immediately detects and records hazardous airborne chemicals. the Detection system provides a timestamped chart of the incident data, giving both owner and guest scientific proof that smoking occurred.
- Our home is in a very peaceful residential area. Parties and Events are NOT permitted. Quiet hours 9 pm to 6 AM.
-No silly string is permitted to be used on the property, if found additional cleaning fees will be applied.
- We can consider up to 2 pets but, on a case-by-case evaluation. Pets must be put on a leash when outside and please pick up your pets business, no poop is to be left in yard.
-No firearms are permitted on site.
-No fireworks are permitted on the property.
-No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
-No unregistered guests allowed on the property.
-There will be an extra charge for all missing items. Please treat our furniture and items with kindness and respect.
ALL guests are required to provide trip information before making a reservation. Please message me the following pre-booking question:
1. What is the purpose of your stay?
2. How many guests will be accompanying you? How many adults and kids?
3. Do you have pets? If you bring pets, please message me the details of your pets.
