The property sits within a chain of five picturesque lakes; access is available directly across the street. Boat owners and well-trained pets are welcome.
The home
Spacious 2-bedroom 1.5 bath home; plenty of room for a queen size air mattress if needed. Kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. 60-inch tv with sound bar, comfy furniture, queen size sofa bed. Central air conditioning. My home is across the street; from there you’re welcome to access the lake, fish off the dock, swim, use the water trampoline or simply walk down to the private beach.
Guest access
Exclusive use of the entire house to include a picnic table, fire pit and lots of yard to play in. Spacious driveway with room for 4 cars or 3 car and a boat. Paved, dead-end street with little traffic.
Other things to note
A 5% discount is offered to motorcycle riders in remembrance of my late grandson. I warmly welcome visitors arriving by motorcycle.
