Summary: Check in went smooth. Room 104 can use a deep clean. There was hair in the shower. Some mold growth in the corner of the sink under the countertop, but visible. When I checked in at almost 4PM the parking lot was pretty open. After my event when I arrived back at the hotel at around 10:30PM there were only 2 open spots. Parking spots are too close together for a full sized vehicle. The parking situation will prevent me from staying there again.
