This spacious, two-wing, single level home is perfect for large groups, especially families with young kids.
2500 sq ft on 3 acres overlooking the Yakima River & Kittitas Valley Wind Farm.
The large patio offers expansive views, an 8 person hot tub with outdoor dining & fire pit area.
2 kitchens, 4 bds, 4 bas, 2 living & dining spaces & a game garage with ping pong, foosball & bball arcade.
We are not a party friendly house. We allow up to 14 with a combination of adults and kids. Feel free to inquire about your guest count for approval. Pls note that we do require the email address for each adult guest to send our rules and house info to directly.
Sunset View Ranch is a newly constructed, one level home with two connected wings - each with a living room, kitchen, dining space, master bedroom/bath, additional bedroom and bathroom.
Guests can close a door and treat as 2 different wings, or open the door and flow throughout the entire space.
Each bedroom comes with comfortable beds, bedding, pillows and blackout curtains.
Bathrooms come with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
Kitchens are fully stocked with everything short of food & drinks. Some essentials are provided like sugar, flour, spices, olive oil, coffee, etc.
The garage is the game hangout space with foosball, ping pong, pop-a-shot basketball and a Pacman arcade game.
The outdoor patio is the place to be, with sweeping views of the valley below and the Cascades to the west, with gorgeous sunsets that you won't want to miss. Once the skies haven darkened, you can stargaze while soaking in the 8 person hot tub.
The home has central air conditioning and 2 electric fireplaces for a little extra heat and evening ambiance.
The Ranch is perched just above the Yakima River, providing easy access for floating in the summer and fishing throughout the year. It's just a 15 minute scenic drive to Cle Elum and a 12 minute drive to Ellensburg, so you’ll enjoy having the option of both towns for dining and going out. It's also only a 40 minute drive to Snoqualmie Pass for winter sports and just an hour and half from Seattle.
Guests have access to the whole house and property. There's lots of parking and room to roam.

Windmill Ranch is located across the street and up the hill from the Yakima River. It's directly bt Ellensburg and Cle Elum. 40 minutes to Snoqualmie Pass and 1.5 hours from Seattle.
We are a family with young kids, so this house is setup very well for families! We provide a lot of the baby/toddler items so you don't have to lug them with you on vacation. Below is a list of family friendly items we provide.
