Summary: The evening host gentlemen was very welcoming and friendly. He has excellent customer service and truly cares that you are completely satisfied with the experience, he asked us to treat the property as it was our home for the short stay and if we needed anything let him know. Offering to make reservations for us @ a restaurant and provided us many recommendations of places to eat and visit. The room / cabin was nice size very clean and recently remodeled with a gas fireplace to keep the space nice and cozy. The location is excellent, walking distance to downtown and ocean front trails and boardwalk. We began each morning with a 2-3mile walk where you will see many deer, seals and possibly whale sightings from shore, and seabirds. The Neighborhood is very clean and well kept. Beautiful natural landscape and much pride of ownership in the neighborhood. After our peaceful brisk walk we then returned to enjoy their complementary grab and go breakfast with a great selection of coffee & tea, yogurt, cereal, fruit, toast, granola bars etc. The neighborhood is gorgeous and so pieceful and quiet. I highly recommend this property for a couple or small family looking for a Monterey, Carmel, Pacific Grove Get-Away. We look forward to returning.
