Positive: Great location, but it was not clean and quite cold in the bedrooms. The cookware in the kitchen was non-stick, but totally scratched up, which releases toxins. My whole family is very concerned. Rugs were frayed and easy to trip on. The bar stools can’t be scooted under counter since rubber covers get stuck on the floor. I hurt my leg just trying to get chairs under counter. The second dishwasher had basket issues. Two kitchen towels for 13 people-not enough. No washcloth to wipe down the kitchen. While we brought our own spices, all homes seem to have salt, pepper and oil. Non here. The living room was unclean and glass table dirty. There are no coat hooks for ski jackets nor shelves for boots. It’s a great place but needs cleaning and updating, inside and outside. For such a high price we expected a clean home. We’ve been to Suncadia yearly for six years and all homes are impeccable. I hope the owner will hire a cleaning company and change out a few things. We did have a great time, and I understand that it’s expensive to keep a place like this in good shape.

Negative: Please see above I still needed to add that the hot tub water was murky and temperature could not be adjusted.

Summary: It’s a great location and we enjoyed the small lake in front.
