The house is light and bright having a modern feel with new flooring, paint, doors, trim and a completely remodeled bathroom. Very clean and uncluttered. There is an additional 1/2 bath and large retro dining/rec room in basement for entertaining or to get away from activity in main part of home. The house has an attached garage that is available for guest parking. A back patio, table chairs and gas grill are available as well. Front, back and side yards are included.
You will feel relaxed knowing you are in a safe suburb conveniently located a short drive to everything Buffalo has to offer. Downtown Buffalo is 15 minutes away. Buffalo Bills New Era Field is a 12 minute drive. Niagara Falls is 35 minutes away. The Buffalo airport is 15 minutes away. Canada is 20 minutes away. Ski resort is 25 minutes away. Freeway entrance is 1/4 mile from the house.
We like to offer our guests as much privacy as possible. Although, we are a short drive if needed and always available to assist in getting people settled in. We are comfortable with taking any questions, complaints or suggestions.
There are numerous restaurants in close proximity. Just Pizza, Schwabls Roast Beef, Mooney’s Sports Bar & Grill, Tim Hortons and Kone King are all within walking distance. The Southgate Plaza and Wegmans grocery store are short drives.
