Our townhome puts you in a convenient area close to either Seattle or Bellevue without the traffic and is a quick drive to Seatac aiport allowing for easier travels for early or late flights.

You are welcome to enjoy the community amenities including swimming and sauna (seasonal from late May to early Sept but may not be available during your stay due to Covid), and sport court; as well as wifi, netflix, fireplace, private patio, BBQ and fire pit. We also provide recreational equipment, a kids play area, stroller, and pool toys for your enjoyment. You'll find ample free parking as well as an attached garage.

The entire townhouse is yours for your stay. It is not shared and you have access to all the closets and garage (nothing is stored in the home). The back patio is private and fenced with a grill, fire pit and outdoor seating. The gate to the community pool is steps away for easy access to the (seasonal) pool, clubhouse, sauna and gym. There is also a large grassy area just next to the patio available for use.
