Game room occupies almost an entire floor and comes complete with 65" inch tv over the bar, pool table, shuffleboard, and ping pong. 50 acre park with beach, boat ramp, and frisbee golf within walking distance of house. Community pool, 9 hole golf course, and floating restaurant/bar all within minutes of the house. Large garage and tons of parking for big groups. Get your friends and family together for a fun time on beautiful Lake Travis!
*Due to lake level fluctuations, we cannot guarantee water levels around the dock—however, our cove currently has water.
*No parties allowed. Maximum of 18 guests allowed on the property at all times.
*Outside quiet time from 10pm to 8am. On-site device for noise level monitoring (which does not record voices).
*Outdoor security cameras on property. There is one on the front of the house looking at the driveway and one on the back patio overlooking the back driveway.
