This cozy 6-person holiday home (75 m2) is located in a monumental farm with 12 other holiday homes, a restaurant, an attractive `court terrace` and a play and picnic meadow. Quiet and child-friendly, yet only 10 minutes from the famous Valkenburg, 15 minutes from the 3-country point in Vaals and 20 minutes from Aachen. Located in the middle of the nature reserve `Land van Kalk`, there is much to do and see for everyone.

GROUND FLOOR
On the ground there is a spacious living room with sitting area and dining area. The dining area has a modern kitchen that is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. The toilet room is also located on the ground floor.
OUTSIDE TERRACE WITH VIEW
The living room is directly adjacent to the outdoor terrace with a panoramic via guest terrace view over the large meadow that belongs to the complex and the Limburg landscape. There you can enjoy a meal and a drink. If you have children, they can play to their heart`s content in the meadow and you can still keep an eye on them.

The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor.
