3 Bedroom House in Montego Bay, Ocean City
3 level, 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom townhouse. Every room has its own bathroom. Its on 136th on the bay side, which is 4 blocks from the beach, a 10 minute walk. Gorman Park is my back yard, so there is plenty of open space. 3 parking spots are available and plenty on the street. ONLY THE 11-14 PEOPLE BOOKINGS WILL HAVE ACCESS TO 4 ROLLAWAY BEDS. ONE ROLLAWAY BED IS PROVIDED PER PERSON. There is a Keurig, and a gas grill . Blankets and pillows are provided. Bring your own linens/towels. NO PETS.
Other things to note
No Pets. Also no parties or gatherings. I require ID prior to check in.. I require a security deposit of $500 and $650 for guests under 25 which will be paid via a pay app.

- You and other Occupants agree to conduct yourselves throughout your stay in a manner that is respectful of and not disruptive to neighbors, traffic flow, or the community and that will not prompt complaints to ME from police, neighbors, or neighborhood or homeowner associations.
- Noise audible outside the Property is prohibited between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m.
- You and other Occupants agree to abide by all applicable parking restrictions and limitations.
- No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the security deposit on file .
