5. Fireworks are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
6. Please do not adjust the pool equipment settings. If you need assistance, contact us and we`ll be happy to help. Unauthorized changes to the pool equipment will result in a *$500 fee.*
*Pet Policy*
Guests traveling with pets are expected to clean up after them both inside the home and in all outdoor areas, including the patio and backyard. Failure to do so will result in a *$150 cleaning fee.* Guests are responsible for returning the property in the same condition in which it was received.
