Summary: Owen I believe was awesome. The rest of the staff was poor to average in terms of customer service. As a frequent hotel guest see all levels of service. The location is great, the room was OK, the breakfast however was beyond poor. I arrived an hour after it opened, most items were gone, muffins still there, waffles, and that was about it. Thankfully was across from the Reading Terminal so went there for a superb breakfast Would I stay here again? Only if every other hotel was full.
