Our townhouse has 3 levels with 2 bedrooms and a loft as the 3rd bedroom:
Master Bedroom - 1 king bed, dedicated office space with desk, 43” LG 4K Smart TVs, bedside lamps with, USB-A outlet
2nd Bedroom - 2 queen beds, 43" LG 4k Smart TV
3rd Bedroom (Loft) - 1 queen bed, 32 inch Amazon Fire Smart TV, Sofa Bed from Room and Board that folds out to a Queen size bed with matching soft mattress cover
Storage Room - before entering the home, there is a convenient large storage room adjacent to the front door with keyless entry equipped with Gravity Grabber mounts for skis or snowboards . Luggage storage for early arrival or late departure may also be available upon request.
Entryway - mud room with live edge wood bench, and overhead cubby storage, equipped with ski boot dryers during the winter season
Laundry Space - on the first level, in the hallway there is a new LG washer and dryer that is quiet and efficient
3 bathrooms - two downstairs and one on 2nd floor:
-Master bath with stand in shower, heated floor tile
-2nd bath with stand in shower, dual sink and vanity, and heated floor tile

The Great Room - great room with high vaulted ceilings features a large living space with a dining table for up to 8, 7th Avenue Sectional Sofa which can be used as sofa bed (size of either 2 twin beds, or swing one section around and makes a queen sofa bed), a new 65” LG Smart OLED TV connected to Spectrum cable service, and a sound system with the Sonos Arc Bar.
Kitchen - modern appliances with Samsung induction stovetop and oven, modern hood, cabinet integrated drawer microwave, Bosch dishwasher, and LG fridge. Fully stocked with a quality selection of pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and coffee maker, as well as additional appliances such as toaster, tea kettle, blender, rice maker and Ninja PossibleCooker PRO.

Newly installed Navien tankless water heater to provide continuous hot water for multiple guests
