Summary: Excellent and friendly staff. The rooms however are very worn. Baseboards falling off, carpets worn out, dirty, shower curtain in horrible shape. Bathtub has rust stains and tile caving in. Worn out furniture. Carpets need replaced. Overall ok for $65.
