Neighborhood is close to airport but only 7 miles from downtown. We are in a safe, quiet neighborhood but still close enough to everything wonderful Nashville has to offer. Pets are most welcome with a $50 nonrefundable per pet fee. Smoking is 100% not permitted inside the cottage. There will be a $200.00 fine if smoking occurs inside the property.
