Summary: Pool was “closed for the season” but not advertised as such. Our smoke detectors was hanging from the ceiling by its wires, wrapped in a plastic bag with a bungy hair tie. There were dead bugs in our floor. Our neighbors room was going through while we were gone and their belongings on the floor. When the front desk was confronted they said “we can go into your room at anytime” fine — but not looking through our belongings. Super thin walls, trash thrown around the facility l. We booked for 4 and there were only 3 towels. We will not be staying again.
