This basement suite includes one bedroom with a very comfortable QUEEN sized bed! We also offer a roller bed for the living room with extra pillows and blankets provided. Please be mindful that because this is a basement suite, the ceilings are very low (about 6.5 ft tall). Also, the bathroom is located inside of the bedroom with a bifold door. You can feel completely comfortable in this home getting your work done remotely. The kitchen has enough room to make a workspace.
There is a two bedroom house attached above which is also rented on a short term basis and has a completely separate and private entrance.
While you`re here, be sure to checkout the backyard area. Provided with a grill and beautiful firepit!
Neighborhood is quiet and safe with free parking available for permit holders, and yes, we provide a permit :)

■ Check in time is AFTER 4pm and checkout is BY 11am. We are pretty flexible if you ASK US IN ADVANCE.
■ Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.
■ Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews are required to pay a $500 damage deposit prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.
■ Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
■ As a reminder, no smoking is allowed at our property. If we discover that a guest has smoked in our home, they will incur a $250 charge to cover the costs of cleaning the property.
■ Checkout is 11am, which gives us enough time to have the home properly cleaned and sanitized before the next guest arrives. If a guest requests late checkout, the maximum checkout time we can provide is 1pm. However, the guest will incur a charge of $20 per extra hour after 11am.
