Welcome to one of the nicest homes in Reynolds. We have 7,000 sq. ft of living space with a great Man cave downstairs for evening fun. It includes Pool, Ping Pong, Foosball, Cornhole, an exercise room, a Big screen with surround sound, and a bar. Step outside to a patio, sit in our built-in Jacuzzi overlooking the golf course, and work out those tired muscles. Past renters used our home as the hub for other rentals they used.
The main floor features a completely rebuilt new state-of-the-art kitchen with plenty of eating space for everyone and beautiful views of water and the 12th fairway of Reynolds Preserve golf course. The original renters used caterers who took care of everything for them but it is available for your use.
The bedrooms are immaculate, comfortable, and big with everything you need including private bathrooms.
If you Google Reynolds, there are 6 World Class Courses to pick from for your enjoyment. We have 11 restaurants/eateries inside the property, and our home is a mile from the Ritz and its amenities.
This is our living home, so nothing is missing. Golf is available upon reservation. We're in a cul-de-sac so you have plenty of privacy and room for parking. The Masters is a 1 hour and 10-minute easy drive from the house.
