The 3rd floor has an expansion loft with two queen futons, a 65” HD Smart TV and a workstation that includes a sink and a water filtration system that is convenient for those residing on that floor. Both are perfect for movie nights after a day in the sun.
The home also features a fully stocked main kitchen plus a second kitchenette (with an additional refrigerator) and drinking water filtration systems, along with indoor dining seating for up to 18 guests, making group meals and gatherings effortless.
