Second Bedroom

Third Bedroom:
Furnished with a full-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a bathroom that also has access from the living area. Enjoy both ocean and Intracoastal views from this bedroom.
A stylish and comfortable area with a table for up to 10 guests, perfect for shared meals, game nights, or casual conversation.
For your convenience, a private washer and dryer are available in the unit - ideal for longer stays or beach-heavy days.

Includes 2 lounge chairs and 1 umbrella per unit, available daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (weather permitting). The designated beach area is about a 5-minute walk from the building (the resort is not directly on the beach). Show your Beachwalk wristband or room key to the attendant. Service is first-come, first-served with limited availability during peak hours.

🚌 Shuttle Service to the Beach:
Available daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, running every 15 to 20 minutes.

Due to Miami’s tropical climate, insects may occasionally be present. The unit is professionally treated, and guests are advised to keep doors closed to reduce the chance of intrusion.
Other things to note
At check in the hotel will charge $30 resort fee plus tax PER DAY. This is one daily rate for all guests staying in the unit.
In addition to this a $250 security deposit hold will be placed on your credit card which will be refunded after your check out.
